They have a dump station, a wash station, water, air, propane, and a full repair shop, and if they dont have it, they will find it. You can call ahead for whatever you need done and it will be done before you pick up your unit. We are from San Jose, CA. We are a Pismo Beach family and we have 6 units stored in their yard, this save us time and money not hauling them down and back.
